Class that encompasses the technical aspects of boxing and Muay Thai (Thaiboxing) Learn skills such as correct form in throwing jabs, hooks and uppercuts, while working at an intense pace. In the Thai- boxing class you will also learn how to kick, clinch and how to use your knees and elbows in partner exercises and/or sparring.
Classes are taught in 3-minute rounds with a warm up, cool down and a strength/conditioning workout.
